Job summary

Soho Home is recruiting a Lead Interiors Consultant (Supervisor) for our Westbourne Grove store to support the General Manager, lead the team, drive sales and uphold outstanding customer service.

You will ensure cash handling, stock control, and adherence to visual standards while sharing in-depth knowledge of Soho Home products and interior design with customers.

Experience in furniture and international sales is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous Retail Supervisor/Senior Sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication.
• Experience in furniture and international sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the absence of the General Manager.
• Lead morning briefs and drive the team to achieve sales
• Responsible for daily cash up and store closure when needed
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Report data and KPIs to relevant teams
• Ensure replenishment aligns with visual standards
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support monthly stock counts with the team
• Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
