Job description

An accomplished design leader with the experience and authority to lead complex, high-end projects from concept through completion. You bring seasoned judgment, technical depth, and the confidence to lead teams, drive decisions, and uphold exceptional standards.

A designer with a strong body of work, real experience behind them, and the confidence to take ownership of large-scale projects from beginning to end.

You know how to make big decisions — and you have the knowledge to stand behind them. You can lead a team, direct the process, manage quality, and keep standards high even when the pressure is on.

You’re comfortable working with demanding projects and discerning families. Residential or commercial, you understand how to shift gears without losing clarity, control, or attention to detail.

You know the terminology, understand the codes, and have enough experience with materials, construction, and execution to know that design goes far beyond pretty fabrics and glossy swatches.

You take real pleasure in design, but you also take pride in leadership — teaching, guiding, and helping the people around you become stronger designers.

We’re looking for someone who has already built a strong career and is ready for what comes next.

Someone with a strong past and an even stronger future.

  • A seasoned designer with 8+ years of impressive projects under your belt, ready to take on leadership.
  • Someone who thrives under pressure, leads teams with confidence, and makes big decisions backed by expertise.
  • A strategic thinker who can oversee design execution, team workflow, and project deadlines.
  • A bridge between creative vision and project execution, ensuring flawless delivery from concept to completion.
  • A leader who spots problems before they arise and keeps the workflow smooth across all design phases.
  • Passionate about design beyond aesthetics: you understand materials, space planning, and the business of design.
  • Bachelor's degree or more in Interior Design or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in high-end residential & commercial interior design.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing designers and overseeing projects.
  • Deep understanding of space planning, materials, budgeting, and US market pricing.
  • Exceptional ability to balance creativity, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong communication skills. You confidently engage with clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of construction, MEP coordination, and millwork detailing.
