• 8–10+ years of professional experience in high-end residential interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; ability to independently produce detailed construction drawing sets.
• Experience designing custom millwork and understanding interior architectural detailing.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Studio Designer or similar PM software is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small, close-knit team.
