Arrowstreet is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead multifaceted design projects across sectors in Boston. You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to translate programmatic goals into cohesive spaces and refined details.

The role emphasizes technical rigor, sustainability, and a strong client-facing presence, with opportunities to mentor junior designers and contribute to project development from concept to construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and ADA Requirements.
• NCIDQ accreditation preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from early concepts through construction administration.
• Develop space plans, finish palettes, FF&E selections and material specifications.
• Produce design presentation and documentation including drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors and present work clearly.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure quality and consistency.
