The Archers is seeking a Project Lead - Interiors in Downtown Los Angeles. You will lead design development for high-end commercial and residential interiors, collaborating with the Creative Director to shape concept and oversee delivery from concept through construction.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of architecture/interior design leadership, strong CAD/3D skills, and proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and stakeholder communications within a fast-paced studio.

Formación

• 8+ years of Architecture/Interior Design in a similar role at a design firm.
• Experience in commercial and high-end residential projects.
• Experience leading, managing and executing architectural and interiors projects from concept development through to final finish.
• Proven track record of meeting scheduling deadlines and solving problems while maintaining progress.
• Comprehensive knowledge of 3d modeling and drafting software (AutoCAD & Rhino).
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc).
• Knowledge of design requirements, construction methods and materials for high end environments – ideally with build experience in LA or NY.
• Calm, mature and professional.
• Self-motivated - able to work independently whilst keeping the wider team informed of progress.
• Analytical - with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualise and develop designs in detail – generate ideas, research and provide design inspiration.
• Develop ideas and execute design studies with software (Rhino), design boards and/or physical models.
• Guide and manage the creative team and mentor junior designers.
• Lead production of scheduling documents, meetings, and coordination with contractor/subconsultants/fabricators.
• Participate in construction administration, site visits and shop drawing review.
• Experience with purchasing schedules and budgets; create FF&E and finish specifications.
• Provide client oversight and be the main point of contact for client queries.
• Produce sketches, visuals and renders to communicate design intent; prepare client presentations.
• Oversee project progress from design through construction on site.
