Qualifications

• 5+ years general contractor experience as a lead superintendent.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field personnel.
• Strong scheduling and planning abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Blue Beam, PlanGrid, Procore).
• Ability to maintain safety standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintain project communications via Microsoft Outlook.
• Keep and update the construction schedule; solve problems.
• Work with Project Manager to manage budget.
• Schedule inspections and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Develop, implement, and enforce QA/QC programs.
• Maintain an organized site and safety practices.
