Job summary

Gensler's Atlanta office seeks an Architect who will lead interior design efforts for Hospitality and Residential projects, blending creativity with business strategy. You will mentor designers, shape multi-disciplinary concepts, and present compelling ideas to clients.

You will collaborate across teams, leverage tools like Revit and AR/VR, and drive design excellence while aligning with budgets and sustainability goals. This role is based in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 6-10 years of diverse interiors experience with an emphasis on workplace interiors.
• Advanced knowledge of the design process, including FF+E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials.
• Experience leading a team of Designers and consultants through all phases of the design process.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and design visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative efforts of multiple interior architecture teams for Hospitality and Residential projects.
• Collaborate to create overall design concepts, storytelling and design presentation strategies.
• Mentor and develop teammates; provide creative direction to design teams.
• Build and sustain client relationships; act as primary design interface with clients and consultants.
• Integrate new technology and tools on projects (AR, VR, computational design).
• Ensure designs align with budgets and sustainability goals.
