Job summary

Peraton seeks an Identity Intelligence Analyst Lead to oversee triage and evaluation of all-source intelligence for national watchlisting initiatives. The role leads a team conducting targeted research and prepares nominations meeting strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings prior leadership experience within intelligence or law enforcement, detailed orientation, and comfort with structured processes that drive high output.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle.
• Excellent attention to detail, and willingness and ability to work within existing standard operating procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership

Responsibilities

• Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to maintain and enhance watchlisting records of individuals deemed to be threats to the United States.
• Attending and actively supporting meetings with internal and external partners under the supervision of program and/or customer leadership.
• Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards.
• Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed.
• Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps.
• Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring to a team of professionals supporting national watchlisting requirements

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a team lead or similar role supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating within structured processes that result in high production output.
