Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lead Integrations Architect to own the integration architecture across the firm’s data and application estate. You will set the standards, design and build the most complex integrations, and elevate the delivery capability of surrounding teams.

This hybrid/remote role supports US and EMEA hours, collaborating with Data Engineering, Security, Infrastructure and Architecture to ensure security, observability and data governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior experience designing and building data integrations at scale.
• Hands-on depth across multiple integration patterns in .NET/C#.
• Experience with iPaaS and event-driven architecture.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a complex enterprise.
• Strong grasp of integration security, observability and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern integration patterns (API, point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, ESB, iPaaS, event-driven).
• Design end-to-end integrations across custom, SaaS and PaaS systems.
• Build the most complex, high-risk integrations hands-on and production-ready.
• Create reference architectures and reusable components for faster delivery.
• Lead architecture on strategic programs with design sequencing and trade-offs.
• Coach engineers through design and code reviews.
• Move from legacy estates to modern patterns with clear cutover plans.
• Surface security and data integrity risks and drive resolution.
• Advise stakeholders across engineering, data, AI, product and security teams.
