Butler America Aerospace, LLC. in Orlando, FL is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to lead the integration and testing of subsystems and systems across RF, analog, digital, EW, EO, and communications domains.

You will develop, implement and maintain test programs, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and deliver validated test results. The role demands extensive experience and hands-on expertise with hardware/software interfaces, test equipment and LabWindows CVI, with leadership of TPS

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a similar role.
• Experience leading Test Program Set (TPS) development.
• Knowledge of RF, EW, Electro-Optics, and communications technologies.
• Ability to coordinate hardware, software and systems engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document and maintain integration/test solutions for subsystems and systems.
• Lead a team of TPS developers and coordinate with hardware, software, and systems engineering.
• Develop test programs and procedures for complete systems/subsystems.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to verify fixes.
