You will drive cross-functional collaboration to address test and assembly challenges, design integrated systems, and manage projects autonomously while exploring new technologies for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience in control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical circuits, systems, serial communications, and/or functional test systems.
• Demonstrated programming experience.
• Good facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience developing and implementing new technologies and standards.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business units, product development teams, and other groups to understand core product functionality and solve test and assembly challenges.
• Solution Delivery: Design and implement integrated systems for test and assembly issues with proper coverage and optimization.
• Autonomous Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
• Technology Development: Investigate, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Mentorship & Development: Mentor engineering and technician talent within the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities and lead efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Upward Communication: Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
