Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of fire detection and signaling systems experience (burglar, fire alarm, CCTV and access control).
• 5+ years industry experience - Preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Fire Alarm License - Preferred.
• ESA Certified Alarm Technician Level 2 or equivalent - Preferred.
• NICET Fire or Video Level 2 - Preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Understands software and programming for primary manufacturers used by the branch.

Responsibilities

• Install/service integrated systems: burglar, card access, video, and fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot integrated systems in high-end residential and commercial settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in software and programming for primary manufacturers used by the branch.
• Assist in design and deployment of projects in accordance with local building codes and AHJs.
• Train and mentor technicians on site and review work for quality.
