Quantinuum is seeking an Integrated Photonics Design Manager to lead a team of engineers and scientists in PIC design for quantum computing systems. The role covers roadmaps, development, and cross-functional collaboration across locations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in PIC design, and 3+ years of leadership. U.S. person status is required due to security requirements. The role sits in Boulder, CO or Albuquerque, NM as the primary locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
• 8+ years of industry experience developing and designing PIC solutions.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing technical teams.
• U.S. Person status required (citizenship/permanent resident/green card).
• U.S. government security requirements may apply.
