Job summary

ARCTOS a DCS company seeks a technical leader to establish and lead the IDEA team for aerospace structures and materials R&D. You will build the program's data and engineering analytics capability, partnering with engineers, scientists, software developers, and customers to turn diverse data into decision-ready knowledge.

The role requires strategic thinking about a multi-year integrated engineering intelligence environment while delivering practical solutions today.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of relevant technical experience with demonstrated technical and/or programmatic leadership.
• Experience developing data architecture, software environments, digital engineering capabilities, or analytical solutions supporting engineering or scientific applications.

Responsibilities

• Define a three-to-five-year vision and technical roadmap for Integrated Data and Engineering Analytics.
• Establish scalable architectures for integrating engineering data, models, and analytical capabilities.
• Lead development of engineering applications, dashboards, visualization environments, and decision-support tools.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary IDEA team and partner with engineering, software, and program management organizations.
• Engage customers to identify evolving engineering intelligence and digital engineering requirements.
