Job summary

Leadman Insulator Services in Texas leads and coordinates insulation crews on refinery, petrochemical, LNG, and power facilities, ensuring safe, efficient work that meets project specs and quality standards.

You will read isometrics, install and maintain insulation materials, fabricate jacketing, track labor and material usage, train crew members, and communicate progress to supervision while upholding environmental and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial insulation experience.
• Lead/Foreman experience preferred.
• Experience in oil, gas, refinery environments required.
• Knowledge of insulation materials and installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily insulation crew activities on projects.
• Read isometric drawings, blueprints, and insulation schedules.
• Install, remove, repair, and maintain insulation on piping and equipment.
• Inspect workmanship to meet standards and project specs.
• Mentor insulators in safe practices and techniques.
