Job summary

Marshall’s Specialty Services seeks an experienced insulation installer to join the field team. The role focuses on installing insulation and insulation products to company standards while delivering a high-quality customer experience in residential settings.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to read measurements, operate tools safely, and travel to job sites. A valid driver’s license and clear background are required, with benefits including health, retirement, and paid time

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/8"
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics and other areas per code.
• Prepare job sites and protect surfaces during work.
• Operate company vehicle safely and legally.
• Load/unload materials and maintain organized stock.
• Communicate progress and needs to supervisors.
