Eco Performance Builders, a Walnut Creek area insulation and contracting specialist, seeks a lead installer to guide a team and optimize existing homes for comfort and efficiency. You will plan installations, oversee quality, and ensure safe attic work across East Bay homes in Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Oakland, and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes leadership, practical problem solving, and dedication to energy performance. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a stable workload.

• Lead and guide a team of insulation installers.
• Assess and plan insulation installations for existing homes.
• Install cellulose attic insulation to improve energy efficiency and comfort.
• Perform attic knee wall insulation to create a more comfortable living environment.
• Conduct air sealing to optimize energy conservation.
• Manage attic insulation removal efficiently.
• Execute vapor barrier encapsulation to prevent moisture issues.
• Install ventilation fans to improve air circulation.
• Perform bath fan installations to enhance ventilation.
• Handle attic hatch framing for accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Insulation Installer:

• Lead and guide a team of insulation installers.
• Assess and plan insulation installations for existing homes.
• Install cellulose attic insulation to improve energy efficiency and comfort.
• Perform attic knee wall insulation to create a more comfortable living environment.
• Conduct air sealing to seal gaps and cracks, enhancing energy conservation.
• Manage attic insulation removal, ensuring efficient and thorough removal of old insulation materials.
• Execute vapor barrier encapsulation to prevent moisture-related issues.
• Install ventilation fans to enhance air circulation and indoor air quality.
• Perform bath fan installations to improve bathroom ventilation.
• Handle attic hatch framing for accessibility.
