Position Summary:
The Lead Instrumentation and Controls Engineer will be responsible for leading the production of Control System design deliverables, including Control System Architecture, PLC and SCADA hardware specifications, I/O lists or schedules, Process Control Narratives, Graphic Sketches, Alarm Rationalization, and Control System Location Plans. Lead and assist in the production of instrumentation engineering/design deliverables, including Instrument Lists, Instrument Specifications or Data Sheets, Instrument Installation Details, Instrument Location Plans, Wiring Diagrams, and Loop Diagrams. Manage and consult on the development of P&IDs for various projects. Provide Construction Administration services to ensure compliance with the I&C design, including RFI response, submittal review, coordination with electrical contractors and systems integrators, participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and commissioning support as required. Provide leadership and guidance for less experienced engineers.
