Job summary

The State of Oklahoma is seeking a Lead Instructor for the Sooner Job ChalleNGe Program in Oklahoma City. This role acts as Principal and education lead, coordinating enrollment with EPIC Charter School and various Vocational programs, and supervising one certified teacher.

The position requires BA/BS with Oklahoma Teacher Certification; MA/MS is preferred, plus supervisory experience and strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and Oklahoma Teacher Certification required.
• MA/MS preferred with prior principal duty experience.
• Documented supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage confidential information and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate curriculum development and student enrollment with EPIC charter schools.
• Schedule and evaluate GED and academic testing.
• Gather and document student academic data during enrollment and completion.
• Primary point of contact for education questions from parents.
• Supervise instructional staff and coordinate program improvements.
