The position collaborates across departments to advance evidence-based teaching practices, integrate educational technologies, and promote robust standards for distance education and technology-enhanced instruction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field required.
• Experience in instructional design and online course development.
• Experience supporting faculty and academic teams in course development and improvement.
• Experience applying accessibility standards and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
• Experience using educational technologies to support online and blended learning.
• Ability to develop guidelines and processes for curriculum development and encourage participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional design initiatives across online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced courses.
• Support faculty and academic teams through the course development and improvement process.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance course quality, instructional effectiveness, and consistency of online standards.
• Advance digital learning strategies, accessibility, and student success aligned with institutional goals.
