This full-time role requires 7+ years of experience and a Master’s in Education or a related field, with the ability to lead multiple programs and collaborate across teams to maintain academic quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, UX, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design and content development.
• Experience leading multiple programs, maintenance, QA, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Subject matter expertise in job-relevant content or practice area.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary SME for instructional designers and guides content development.
• Leads integration of innovative instructional design features into course development.
• Ensures timely implementation of new instructional design strategies and tools.
• Acts as primary contact for best practices and how-to inquiries on course design.
• Mentors new instructional designers and scales resources, including contractors.
• Leads exploration and implementation of emerging technologies, such as Generative AI.
• Develops and maintains best practice documentation for instructional design roles.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to enhance instructional strategies and academic quality.
