Qualifications

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, curriculum development, and adult learning theory.
• Designs engaging, inclusive learning experiences for diverse adult learners with measurable outcomes.
• Experience applying evidence-based design strategies informed by learning science.
• Working knowledge of assessment design, learning resources, and alignment to competencies.
• Skilled in project management, risk assessment, and multi-project delivery.
• Excellent technical writing and communication; translate complex ideas clearly.
• Adept at working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage course design and development for new and existing courses.

• Apply UX/UI and accessibility best practices in design.
