Sesco LLC, a leading provider of fall protection systems across the Midwest, seeks a Lead Installation Technician to supervise field crews and install safety equipment at customer sites nationwide. You will ensure installs meet specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, while coordinating with project management and guiding team members.

The role requires the ability to work at height, operate power and hand tools, travel up to 50% and maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated working experience with general construction and working at height.
• Good communication with co-workers, customers and vendors.
• Experience with the safe use of power and hand tools.
• Certification of lift equipment, either have or ability to obtain.
• Ability to meet physical demands and travel ~50%.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred or willingness to attain.

Responsibilities

• Lead other field team members to install fall protection systems while ensuring fit to specifications and regulatory compliance.
• Technically proficient in structural adaptation of steel-based products.
• Read and interpret work plans.
• Coordinate with Project Management on delivery of projects.

Lead Installation Technician

Requirements

• Requires an individual who is reliable, responsible and dependable to the duties, and as a company team member.
• Demonstrated working experience with broad experience and knowledge of general construction, and especially at working at height.
• Good communication skills through verbal and written means with co-workers, customers and vendors.
• Experience with the safe use of power and hand tools.
• Certification of lift equipment, either have or ability to obtain.
• Ability to meet physical demands of lifting and climbing along with working at height standard requirements.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30 preferred or willingness to attain.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Ability to submit to a drug/background screen.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.
