Job summary

SUMMARY

Responsible for installation of sinks, countertops, and shower systems at remote customer locations and for communicating with customers at jobsites in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

• Installs countertops, sinks and shower systems at remote customer locations in accordance with Tower Industries’ procedures and industry standards.
• Provides direction and training to installer helpers and installer apprentices on installation techniques.
• Template at customer locations for installation of countertops, sinks and shower systems using either hard templates or laser templating system.
• Communicates with customers in a professional and courteous manner including notifying customers in advance of expected arrival time at jobsite. Present a professional appearance to customers (personal appearance and clothing)
• Inspects and measures pieces to be installed prior to leaving plant to minimize potential for jobsite returns.
