• High school diploma or equivalent required; training provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Installs countertops, sinks and shower systems at remote customer locations in accordance with procedures and standards.
• Provides direction and training to installer helpers and apprentices on installation techniques.
• Templates at customer locations for installation using hard templates or laser templating system.
• Communicates with customers professionally, including notifying arrival time and presenting a professional appearance.
• Inspects and measures pieces prior to leaving plant to minimize returns.
