Job Description

These are the most significant job duties performed. The scope and complexity depend on the level and experience of the incumbent. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other responsibilities or projects may also be assigned.

  • Entering and managing installation opportunities in CRM to develop accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Conducting site installation surveys for feasibility and planning.
  • Producing scope of works and customer-facing installation quotes in CRM.
  • Scheduling installs in Microsoft Field Service in coordination with dispatchers and branch personnel.
  • Executing installations according to scope, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to the installation playbook from start to finish.
  • Managing the installation request inbox effectively.
  • Managing schedules and communicating with customers and leadership.
  • Updating final pricing in CRM to support financial objectives.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of organization, industry, and equipment.
  • Communicating value propositions to customers for future service products.
  • Proper vehicle and material handling, and adherence to safety policies.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of technical training and at least 10 years of related experience.
  • Experience in equipment installation or similar.
  • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft applications.
Desired Experience
  • Over 5 years of commercial equipment installation experience.
  • Mechanical or electrical background preferred.
  • Experience with commercial cooking/refrigeration equipment is highly desirable.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience and industry certifications are a plus.
