Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Preferred: GD&T knowledge and interpretation of 2-D drawings.
• Experience in quality inspections and use of inspection tools.
• Ability to obtain US Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical and mechanical hardware to verify it meets acceptance criteria using drawings, procedures, GD&T, and measuring tools.
• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections, including microscope use and documentation.
• Document nonconformances and support complex disposition decisions with engineers and managers.
• Resolve issues with engineers, QC teams, and government representatives to ensure on-time delivery of high-reliability aerospace systems.
