Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associates with 2 years of prior related experience.
• Preferred: one-year certificate in quality field; ANSI/J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-620 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interpret manufacturing drawings to verify conformance and determine acceptance or rejection of hardware.
• Ensure documentation completeness and compliance with internal procedures.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical hardware using drawings, procedures, GD&T, and measuring tools.
• Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections, including microscope use and data collection.
• Document nonconformances, photograph discrepancies, and support disposition decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product line managers, quality engineers, and government representatives to resolve issues.
