Job summary

Impact Connects is seeking an Inserter Operator II for its Lettershop Production team in Minneapolis. You will set up and run inserting equipment, ensuring quality and accuracy for high-volume mail jobs while following standard SOPs and safety rules.

The role involves leading the machine's assigned workers, training others, and reporting issues promptly to the shift supervisor. Strong English reading/writing and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (2-3 years inserting experience preferred).
• Ability to read and write at a basic English level.
• Experience operating inserting equipment and following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job instructions on work tickets.
• Operate inserting equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure quality and quantity for each job.
• Lead assigned workers on the machine and report issues to supervisor.
• Set up insertions efficiently and rotate positions as needed.
• Maintain clean production areas and follow paperwork requirements.
