UC Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor for the Inpatient Pharmacy at UC Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. The role leads nonprofessional operations, supervises technicians, and supports pharmacists and clinical staff daily.

The position requires Ohio technician registration, a current technician certificate, and at least 5 years of experience, with a preferred bachelor's or MPH/MHA. Full-time, mid-shift, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Education: School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or MPH/MHA preferred.
• Current pharmacy technician registration by the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy; current certified technician certificate.
• Minimum 5 years equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct operational activities in the area of responsibility.
• Ensure staff remain competent and maintain certifications.
• Assist in scheduling and payroll for the department.
• Develop and implement policies and SOPs for area of responsibility.
• Support pharmacists, physicians, patients, and managers.
