Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, training and performance feedback for new pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Ensure all medications leaving the pharmacy are scanned.
• Manage daily pharmacy operations and resolve workflow issues.
• Collaborate with the department scheduler to ensure accurate and complete schedules.
