Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience in formulation development, dispersion chemistry, pigments/dyes.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Experience supporting product development, qualification, scale-up, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ink, dispersion, and related formulations to meet performance and manufacturability goals.
• Lead technical projects from concept through product introduction and manufacturing implementation.
• Apply expertise in formulation science, pigment/dye chemistry, and surface chemistry to solve challenges.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support process development, scale-up, and production readiness activities.
• Lead investigations and resolve formulation, process, quality, and manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and management.
