Corning is seeking a Senior Injection Molding Process Engineer in Corning, NY to lead development, optimization, and validation of injection molding processes for new product launches and existing programs.

You will collaborate with tooling, maintenance, quality, automation, and production teams to troubleshoot molding issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on injection molding process engineering experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize injection molding process parameters for consistent quality.
• Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support mold trials, process qualifications, first article runs, and operator training.
