Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking a Procurement Manager – Ingredients (Flavors and Juices) based in Stamford, CT. The role focuses on sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization to ensure quality and supply continuity for flavors, colors, and major concentrated juices.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive sourcing strategies, negotiate terms, and maintain contracts. A strong background in procurement processes and ERP systems is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably within direct materials or manufacturing environments.
• Experience sourcing ingredients (e.g., flavors, juices, colors) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor ingredients commodity markets and provide insights on pricing, cost trends, and supply conditions.
• Lead sourcing events including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs; evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Maintain supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and compliance documentation.
• Support day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with production needs.
