Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee IV room operations and lead the technician staff. You will ensure accurate aseptic preparation, maintain quality controls, and develop operational goals aligned with policy.

This role requires leadership, strong customer service, and compliance with state regulations. Minimum five years as a pharmacy technician or one year in lead/supervisory roles, plus CPhT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
• CSPT required within 12 months if supervising CSPT staff.
• Licensed/registered as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IV room technician operations and supervise staff.
• Develop and track operational goals; ensure policy compliance.
• Schedule, hire, train, and evaluate technicians as needed.
• Prepare aseptic IV admixtures and maintain quality controls.
