Identity Digital seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to guide Linux and AWS initiatives from Bellevue, WA in a hybrid setting. You’ll lead the Systems Engineering team technically, mentor engineers, and shape infrastructure strategy for scalable, secure platforms.

Responsibilities include overseeing design, deployment, and lifecycle of infrastructure, driving automation, and collaborating across teams to meet business goals while balancing reliability and agility. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Lead the Systems Engineering team and drive infrastructure strategy.
• Must have 7+ years of experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day technical lead for the Systems Engineering team.
• Oversee design, deployment, and lifecycle of infrastructure.
• Design, build, and enhance scalable, secure infrastructure and tooling.
• Promote automation to improve reliability and developer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives.
