Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in the United States to architect and implement scalable, secure Windows, Citrix, AWS, and Azure environments. You will drive automation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design zero-trust architectures with software engineering approaches.

You will support large-scale hybrid infrastructure, develop IaC, and mentor across the organization while ensuring monitoring and security in a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of Microsoft Windows experience including requirements development, systems design, integration, and validation.
• 5+ years of Azure or AWS cloud experience implementing enterprise-scale identity management and hybrid automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, secure Windows, Citrix, AWS, and Azure environments using software engineering approaches emphasizing automation and zero-trust.
• Support and administer large-scale on-premise and multi-cloud hybrid infrastructure including identity and access management systems.
• Develop automation processes using PowerShell, Bash, and Python to streamline Windows/Azure technologies and security/compliance tools.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to drive security initiatives including threat management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption through advocacy, implementation, and mentorship across the organization.
• Ensure comprehensive systems monitoring, alerting, and reporting for global infrastructure covering uptime, performance, and capacity management.
