Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on VMware/ESXi platforms and Linux environments.
• Apply problem-solving methodologies to mid-to-large scope infrastructure projects.
• Ensure end-to-end monitoring of applications and infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Resolve complex technical nuances independently and escalate when needed.
• Decompose and solve infrastructure engineering challenges using standard and emergent approaches.
• Support capacity management processes and associated applications.
• Identify capacity risks and govern remediation efforts across teams.
• Evaluate data flows, dependencies, and architectural/operational implications.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities for infrastructure analysis and design documentation, ensuring data sensitivity compliance.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices in delivery and automation to address recurring issues.
