Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology discipline with 6+ years in IT experience.
• Familiar with modern network, security, computing, storage, database and cloud technologies.
• Experience with application management, configuration management, OS baseline configuration and security tool integration.
• Knowledge of current security standards and APIs, automated deployment, and API security management.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to provide support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Information Security team with lines of business in collaboration with IT.
• Research, deploy and integrate security tools and processes to protect assets and infrastructure.
• Advise on secure app development and infrastructure support; drive implementations through project teams.
• Collaborate with Reyes Family of Businesses to design and enhance security controls across IT products and systems.
• Communicate issues and solutions clearly to leadership and technical teams.
• Participate in security governance activities evaluating controls for new or modified tech.
• Lead PoCs for security features and ensure successful integration in products.
• Scope and architect major change initiatives and present end‑to‑end solutions with trade‑offs.
• Resolve complex problems using expert analytical and quantitative skills.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with roadmaps and architecture, resolving design issues during delivery.
