Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks an Intermediate Information Assurance Analyst‑Lead to drive RMF implementation and ATO activities for the DES MES‑NET program. The role focuses on compliance across migration workstreams, vulnerability remediation, and security documentation.

Ideal candidates will have an active Secret clearance, 5+ years of IA experience, and IAM Level III or the ability to obtain it. Strong written communication and DoD security requirements knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance
• IAM Level III certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience supporting ATO and accreditation activities.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF implementation activities across migration workstreams.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation.
• Support ATO package updates and security artifact collection.
• Perform security reviews and assist with vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Track security findings, waivers, POA&M, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with engineers and operations teams to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
• Support post-migration validation activities and cybersecurity scans.
• Assist with cybersecurity reporting and migration execution documentation.
• Participate in risk assessments and security reviews.
• Support compliance with DISA and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
