Job summary

NOVA DINE LLC is seeking an Intermediate Information Assurance (IA) Analyst - Lead to support cybersecurity execution for the DES MES-NET program at Fort Meade. The role drives RMF, ATO activities, vulnerability management, and security documentation throughout DoD network and SIPR migrations.

The candidate will coordinate with engineers and operations teams, prepare risk assessments, and produce cybersecurity reports to ensure compliance with DoD and DISA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• IAM Level III certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience supporting ATO and accreditation activities.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF implementation activities across migration workstreams.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation.
• Support ATO package updates and security artifact collection.
• Perform security reviews and assist with vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Track security findings, waivers, POA&Ms, and remediation activities.
• Coordinate with engineers and operations teams to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
• Support post-migration validation activities and cybersecurity scans.
• Assist with cybersecurity reporting and migration execution documentation.
• Participate in risk assessments and security reviews.
• Support compliance with DISA and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
