Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise Master Data Management solutions leveraging Informatica MDM, IDQ, and IDMC platforms. This role will be responsible for Golden Record management, source system onboarding, data quality, integrations, and cloud-based data synchronization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will lead onsite-offshore delivery teams, possess strong AWS experience (DynamoDB, Snowflake), SQL/data

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in Master Data Management, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Platform development.
• Hands-on Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain): models, match/merge, trust, workflows, SIF APIs.
• Experience with IDQ, IDMC, PowerCenter; API integration and batch processing.
• AWS-based data synchronization, DynamoDB, CloudWatch; Snowflake familiarity.
• Production support, monitoring, incident management; CI/CD and GitHub.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, data governance, and leadership for onsite-offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica MDM configurations and packages.
• Onboard source systems into the MDM ecosystem and support data migration.
• Develop IDQ solutions for cleansing, validation, standardization, governance.
• Design inbound/outbound APIs, MQ integrations, and enterprise data exchange.
• Oversee Golden Record creation, survivorship, lineage, and governance processes.
• Lead on-site/offshore delivery teams and coordinate production support 24x7.
