Elios, Inc. is seeking an Informatica Integration Lead to own the integration workstream for an enterprise Informatica SaaS MDM implementation in a hybrid setup.

You will define standards, review mappings, and stay hands-on enough to guide and review developer work. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of Informatica experience including IDMC, IICS, IAC, CDI, CDQ
• Experience with Informatica MDM on SaaS or traditional platforms
• Led integration development on large enterprise implementations
• Strong grasp of enterprise integration patterns including REST APIs and message-based integrations
• Strong SQL and data transformation, profiling, validation, reconciliation
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating offshore resources in Agile delivery
• Based within commuting distance of listed metros

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration workstream for an Informatica SaaS MDM implementation
• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using IDMC, CDI, CDQ, IICS/IAC
• Connect enterprise source systems, applications, APIs, and data platforms to the MDM hub
• Set the integration architecture: patterns, reusable components, mapping standards
• Build batch, real-time, API-based, and event-driven integrations
• Source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, error handling, reconciliation
• Direct two offshore integration developers, including work allocation and code reviews
• Partner with MDM architects, data stewards, business analysts to turn requirements into pipelines
• Troubleshoot production issues and support planning, testing, deployment, and hypercare
