Elios, Inc. is seeking an Informatica Integration Lead to own the integration workstream for an enterprise Informatica SaaS MDM implementation in a hybrid setup.

You will define standards, review mappings, and stay hands-on enough to guide and review developer work. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of Informatica experience including IDMC, IICS, IAC, CDI, CDQ
• Experience with Informatica MDM on SaaS or traditional platforms
• Led integration development on large enterprise implementations
• Strong grasp of enterprise integration patterns including REST APIs and message-based integrations
• Strong SQL and data transformation, profiling, validation, reconciliation
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating offshore resources in Agile delivery
• Based within commuting distance of listed metros

• Troubleshoot production issues and support planning, testing, deployment, and hypercare

About the Role

We're hiring an Informatica Integration Lead to own the integration workstream on an enterprise Informatica SaaS MDM implementation. You'll decide how data moves into and out of the MDM hub, set the standards the rest of the team builds against, and stay hands‑on enough to review the mappings that ship.

You’ll join the data practice of a global AI‑first technology consultancy that delivers large‑scale transformation work for well‑known enterprises. This is a direct hire role, hybrid with 3 days a week in a local office in one of seven metros. You’ll also lead two offshore integration developers, so the job is part architecture and part making a small team better every sprint.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end‑to‑end integration workstream for an Informatica SaaS MDM implementation
• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using IDMC, CDI, CDQ, IICS/IAC, and related Informatica cloud services
• Connect enterprise source systems, applications, APIs, and downstream data platforms to the MDM hub
• Set the integration architecture: patterns, reusable components, mapping standards, and development practices
• Build batch, real‑time, API‑based, and event‑driven integrations, picking the right pattern for each source
• Source‑to‑target mappings, transformation logic, error handling, and reconciliation, documented so others can maintain them
• Direct two offshore integration developers day to day, including work allocation, code reviews, and quality checks
• Partner with MDM architects, data stewards, business analysts, and source system owners to turn requirements into working pipelines
• Troubleshoot production issues and support planning, estimation, testing, deployment, and hypercare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of hands‑on Informatica experience, including IDMC, IICS, Application Integration (IAC), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
• Experience with Informatica MDM, on SaaS or traditional platforms
• A track record of leading integration development on large enterprise implementations
• Solid grasp of enterprise integration patterns, with experience across REST APIs, web services, file‑based interfaces, and message‑based integrations
• Strong SQL, plus data transformation, profiling, validation, and reconciliation experience
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating offshore resources in Agile delivery
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to explain tradeoffs clearly
• Based within commuting distance of one of the listed metros
