Elios, Inc. is seeking an Informatica Integration Lead to own the integration workstream on an enterprise Informatica SaaS MDM implementation. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week and leadership of two offshore developers. You will design and review mappings and set integration standards for the program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on Informatica experience (IDMC/IICS/CDI/CDQ).
• Informatica MDM on SaaS or traditional platforms.
• Proven track record leading integration development on large enterprise implementations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns; REST APIs, web services, file-based interfaces, and messaging.
• Solid SQL, data transformation, profiling, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating offshore resources in Agile delivery.
• Based within commuting distance of listed metros.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration workstream for Informatica SaaS MDM.
• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using IDMC, CDI, CDQ, IICS/IAC.
• Connect enterprise source systems, applications, APIs to the MDM hub.
• Set integration architecture: patterns, reusable components, mapping standards.
• Build batch, real-time, API-based, and event-driven integrations.
• Source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, error handling, reconciliation.
• Direct two offshore integration developers, including work allocation and code reviews.
• Partner with MDM architects, data stewards, analysts to translate requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment and hypercare.
