Novolex is seeking a Lead Infeed Material Operator in Bridgeview, IL to manage material flow to extruders on a 7:00am–7:00pm 2-2-3 schedule. You will lead the shift, train new operators, troubleshoot blending systems, and ensure accurate paperwork and inventory records.

Safe operations and teamwork are emphasized, with comprehensive benefits. Eligible candidates will have prior In Feed Operator experience, forklift skills, and a safety-conscious mindset.

Qualificações

• Must currently be an Operator or In Feed Operator.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ability to document and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and understand how equipment works.
• Must have a safety-oriented attitude and the ability to work safely.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with supervisors and maintenance staff.

• Participate in continuous improvement sessions dealing with the material blending systems and associated equipment and procedures
• Perform all other assigned duties.

Lead Infeed Material Operator

Supports in the flow of material to extruders for processing by performing the following duties. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements:

• Ability to document and maintain accurate inventory records

• Must have good mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand how equipment works.

• Must have a safety orientate attitude and the ability to work safely.

• Must be able to work in a team environment.Ability to effectively communicate with supervisor, process technicians, operators and maintenance staff on issues
