Job summary

The Goddard School of Saint Charles in Saint Charles, MO seeks a dedicated lead teacher to coordinate daily classroom activities and deliver an engaging early childhood curriculum. Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with children safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for assigned classes and plan, present, and evaluate activities.
• Engage with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Maintain classroom ratios and ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Collaborate with directors and staff to support curriculum delivery.
