Job summary

Tara Montessori School in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA is seeking an experienced Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher for 30–40 hours weekly, approx. 8 AM to 4 PM, five days a week. The role focuses on guiding 0–3 year olds within a Montessori program and collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals.

The ideal candidate has childcare experience, can pass a fingerprint-based background check, and can meet the daily physical demands. Regular attendance and reliability are essential.

Description

Tara Montessori School is seeking an experienced, energetic, and creative Lead Toddler teacher to join our team of teaching professionals who are passionate about children and families. This position is ideal for an individual looking for thirty to forty hours of weekly work from approx. 8 AM to 4 PM (hours are flexible) for 5 days a week. We follow a school calendar, which includes scheduled breaks (holiday, winter, spring, and summer).

Qualifications

• Have previous childcare or babysitting experience
• Pass a background check, including fingerprinting
• Be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including frequent standing, walking, bending, or kneeling both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance
