Celebree School™ is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to shape early development in a nurturing, enriching environment. You will weave Celebree's vision, mission, and values into daily activities for infants and toddlers, guiding classroom Aides as they learn the ropes of early childhood education.

You will collaborate to plan age-appropriate lessons, maintain a safe and welcoming classroom, and ensure compliance with licensing and company standards while providing supportive guidance to

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking
