Job summary

Launch Enrichment seeks a caring Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our Illinois team. You will nurture young children and foster early development through play, routines, and meaningful interactions.

Requirements: at least 1 year of licensed center childcare in Illinois; Associate or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field; CPR/First Aid; DCFS background check; Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility; starting pay $20/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of licensed center childcare experience in Illinois.
• Experience with infants and toddlers and understanding their developmental needs.
• Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Must meet Illinois DCFS background check and fingerprinting requirements.

Launch Enrichment is looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team!

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum1 year of professional childcare experience in an Illinois licensed center
• Experience working with infants and toddlersand a strong understanding of their developmental needs
• Ability to create and implementdevelopmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and fellow staff members
• Ability and willingness towork as part of a team
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is required
• CurrentCPR & First Aid certification
• Must meetIllinois DCFS background check and fingerprinting requirements
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care and education

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

• 8:00/8:30 AM–5:00/5:30 PM
• Some flexibility with scheduling is required based on classroom and center needs.

Starting Pay $20/hr
